Hi, I’m Jem!
Welcome to Jem's Floral Studio! I’m Jem, the founder of the studio. I’m a fully qualified florist with a gold standard diploma and nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the floristry world. In 2017, I took the leap to open my own floral studio, and I’m so proud to have grown my business into a thriving 6-figure venture.
My Journey
Over the years, I’ve experienced everything from the highs to the lows, learning valuable lessons along the way. I’ve developed the skills, systems, and strategies that have helped me build a business that not only thrives but also inspires creativity and joy in others. I truly believe in the power of beautiful flowers to transform any occasion, and I’m excited to share that passion with you.
Why I Started This Academy

The idea for Blooms Mean Business Academy came from my own journey. When I first started in floristry, I had the creativity but lacked the business know-how. There weren’t clear guides or mentors to help me navigate the challenges of running a floristry business. I learned through trial and error, and now I want to help others avoid those same mistakes.
